ATHLETE IDENTIFICATION
All
runners should have a sticker on their singlet that stated their full name,
school,
and age
category on it. Please use a waterproof pen and write clearly this will save a
lot of
headaches.
TEAM SCORING
Teams may
consist of unlimited numbers but no less than 5 must finish the race in
order to
submit a team score. Coaches are asked to total team scores on the sheets
provided
and submit these results to the results table as soon after the race as
possible.
COST
The cost
is $2.00 per athlete. Cheques made payable to

The course
will consist of grass and offroad trails. It will be wet and muddy if it has
been
raining. There is no running water, no change rooms and limited washroom
facilities.
